Dr. Mika Miyamoto-Shemali, DMD

I trust her and this place, I feel confident when talking with The Dr, we have a straight forward plan. With accounting on the other hand I just feel like The plan isn't as straightforward anymore, im given options that I don't really like know all the way, that seems too me like I've now changed something, or have to do another thing because of so and so, I don't know, In the past couple times I haven't seen the doc, because, Alot of prep work needs to be done with my situation, I get it. It takes time. it's just me I know but translation is not 100% over the phone, as to planning, when I think I know what I'm doing, whatever happjus know it will be done right. Trying to Fix chipped teeth, then found out I have to get root canal from my injury, may have to actually use Invisalign or not. I feel like sometimes I don't know what the next step is. My next appointment is soon so I think I'll have it all figured out then. I can't wait, and to smile again as well.

The doctor seems adequate enough however the accounting and billing are extremely poor. I received a bill 2 years after my appointment and when I called to find out why I had not been previously informed I received no adequate explanation. Extremely poor business management.
