Dr. Mitchell Conditt, DDS

I saw Dr. Conditt at my initial appointment where he told me benefits of treatment without being honest about the potential negatives, then I never saw him again during the nine month course of treatment. My appliance doesn’t fit well and is uncomfortable. While on paper, they obtained the results needed to call my case a success, in reality, my apnea is still a problem not resolved. Charges to my account and also submitted to insurance did not coincide with actual dates of treatment, and the office staff was not given information about insurance payments in order to be able to communicate with me about my current balance. Staff was kind and seemed to be doing all they could to help me, but overall, I was very disappointed with the treatment and office practices.

Dr. Conditt and staff kept me informed of all the details of my sleep apnea. They provided me with all the information I needed for my treatment.

Total reconstruction at 62 THOUSAND and I look like Abe Lincoln......horrific cosmetic job but hey, all the DECAY it's gone. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS HAS BEEN DENTIST.......his time has passed. I hope my in Flux of 62K helps him sleep better at night in KEY WEST

I felt like I was walking to a used car dealership. They were trying to sell me on veneers and kept pushing me. I do not like the staff. I felt they were not completely honest to me about my cavities. How can I have 13 cavities all of a sudden after refusing to get veneers. I went to another dentist that did my X-ray ( No Cavities what so ever)

My experience here was so terrible. I would never recommend anyone to this practice. The patient coordinator is so unprofessional and pushy to the point of making you feel uncomfortable. They have called me 10 times in the past three weeks from their office number I don't answer,turn back around and call me from blocked number (never leaving a voicemail once). Beware if you go in for a consult they will try to pressure sell you like at a car dealership. Don't waste the $350 like I did
