My 4 kids have been patients at Mentor Pediatric Dentistry from preschoolers through their teenage years. With 4 kids, it's been incredibly convenient to have dental and orthodontic needs addressed at one place. Dr. A is very open to questions, explains every step, and is gentle and caring. He is highly educated and values continued learning to stay up do date with best practices. I think he is a professor at CWRU, also. The office has the best equipment (lower levels radiation), and as a bonus, video games in the lobby and movies during cleanings. There are staff who have been with him for years. The orthodontic assistant is highly skilled, wonderful with kids, and also is furthering her education. Front desk staff is friendly, organized, and takes care of working everything out with our insurance. Bills are always fair and accurate. I highly recommend Mentor Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. A's staff is wonderful with my son. He explains everything to him before it happens and makes sure he is comfortable. Unfortunately, we had to change offices after their prices kept increasing exponentially.

I made an appointment over a month ago for my 2 sons to be seen with a referral from our current dentist. We got to the appointment 15 minutes early and we weren't taken back to the room until 40 minutes after our appointment started.
