My family and I visited this office multiple times and all felt the same -- great dentist, but needs a more courteous and professional staff. Dr. Munawar is very friendly and knowledgeable but since we didn't have more serious issues, we spent the majority of our time interacting with the rude front desk staff and arrogant hygienist who doesn't listen to patients, in particular when it comes to pain thresholds. There are too many options to treat consumers poorly, so unfortunately we will be looking elsewhere.
