Toxic Office Skills
I have been a patient customer here since 2018. In August of 2023 I was advised I needed bone grafting surgery (my second one here) and this was estimated at $1,454.70 which I paid at that time. A year later in August of 2024, and without any prior notice I received a surprise bill for an additional $1,607.50. This bill also stated I was 90 days overdue. I called the office and the Office Manager (Ashley) in the most condescending manner possible explained to me that I just owe it and need to pay it. Ashley took absolutely no responsibility for, nor made any apology for, charging me more than double the original estimate as their estimate was off by 110%. I fully understand insurance estimates can vary, but this was beyond the realm of normal and could be considered deceptive practice.

Very subpar. Had gum grafting done by him a year ago and things are worse than when it started. Charges a lot, super aggressive in his proposals, and subpar in skill. High recommended to avoid and seek another periodontist.

I've been a patient for the past 5 years and I've received nothing but great service. Although Kristy is out on leave, I really enjoyed Kamesha's service cleaning my teeth. Keep up the good work as I will come here for years to come.

my mom looked comfortable and seemed very talkative. i enjoyed the family dentist vibe and i actually had fun. i also love the artwork and art pieces around here. its a very comfortable place and i enjoyed myself.

Kamisha was the best hygenist i have ever had. She was extremely gentle and thorough. i want her to clean my teeth everytime.
