Zero Consideration for Patients
Son walked in 7 minutes after scheduled appointment due to horrible traffic. Told us we needed to reschedule. Their policy is ten minutes. They've had us waiting 40 minutes for an appointment before, but no grace is given to patients. Read through the reviews -- they do this all the time. Would have given 0 stars if possible for the rude women at the front desk. They blamed it on the dentist, but you never get to see the dentist. No names are on the website -- they're all in hiding. We started with Dr. Mies -- she was fantastic. But, they moved and it's gone downhill over the years and is now just a money grabbing factory.
