They like to lie and tell you they called you to cancel your appointment when actual fact they did not call they've done this twice to two people I've brought there I wouldn't recommend this dentist if he was the last one on earth

Well first off I brought my 4 year old son in to get his tooth removed and right off noticed alot of unsanitary and rude behavior in that office dr feinberg failed us on explaining things properly he didn't speak to my son to make him feel comfortable or like he was even a person at all, or even offer laughing gas to ease the nervousness instead poked his arm roughly as I sat there bawling while pregnant and had to leave cuz he wouldn't listen to us and would not let me stay in the room or even outside the door waiting which I believe is unprofessional and wrong itself. The waiting room was full no where to sit . We had to carry our limp sons body out of the office crying cuz he had too much medicine in him and wouldn't let him come out of it before we left. It was awful . I also discovered a disabled person in there they were mad and removed the wrong teeth on her and were mad they had to pick up her vomit . Very unprofessional worst experience of our lives . Was so disappointed.

Receptionist were nice. Dr. Feinberg made me feel horrible and kept bashing my teeth. He didn’t listen to me and seemed rushed.

Waited over a month for new patient visit when I arrived awful mannered receptionist said they’re not accepting new patients then rudely turned me away saying “have a nice day” through her obviously not clean teeth. Truly a blessing in disguise, when telling my story around town, I’ve learned this office has a horrible reputation.

I absolutely do not recommend this office to anyone. Dr. Feinberg himself had great bedside manner and was extremely friendly, but that can only go so far. Had multiple extractions done by him on Monday. Was told from the beginning that pain medications and an antibiotic would be prescribed due to the extent of work being done. Here we are at Friday, still without an antibiotic (the first one sent in- I’m allergic to and told them this from the beginning). I’ve placed numerous phone calls and emails to the office, have been told it would be resolved that day, yet here we are 5 days later, still unresolved. Complete joke of a business. Should I need an oral surgeon again, I’ll either pay for the out of network provider or deal with traveling the greater distance. Currently just hoping I don’t end up with an infection or other complications. Patient beware.

Excellent experience. As a Medicaid patient, there are few options. Thankfully I found Dr. Feinberg who removed four wisdom teeth under full sedation. He did the IV, the medications and the procedure. No problems whatsoever. Thank you for taking care of me and being kind and reassuring.

Be very careful about payments. I paid for my extractions in full. The office personal billed my insurance and they received $500 from my insurance. The billing department at Feinburg's will not return my $500. to me. This may have happened to other patients besides me.

I told them that I was allergic to penicillin and the first antibiotic subscribed to me was amoxicillin...a cousin to penicillin. Later on the I got prescribed clindamycin and had a horrible reaction to that. I was in the ER 3 consecutive days with chest pains, hives from my head to my toes and then my airways started to close on me, which I had to have the ambulance to get me and they had to administer an EpiPen.

props to Dr. Feinberg !!!! Extracted a tooth with just local,anesthetic . all i heard was a crunch. didnt feel too bad. If you have had a bad experience with an extraction. do yourself a favor and have him take care of it.. This guy is a pro.!!

Would never recommend. Had a tooth removed and he caused some kind of damage I lost my voice and have been sick ever since.went there with an appointment to find out what can be done,there were thirty,and I'm not kidding,people in front of me. Going back to my dentist to get referral for someone else I would give negative stars if possible

He was gentle,caring,knowledgeable,explains everything,and listens to the patient.
