STAY FAR AWAY!!! Hemali Ajmera chipped the porcelain on a crown, while cleaning my teeth. Fortunately, I had pictures of the tooth pre-cleaning. I did not get a response to my emails until after I called the Manhattan location (where she has not been for a few months) to complain about the damage she did to my crown. Hemali Ajmera lacks integrity! During the cleaning, when I stated I needed to spit, Hemali stated "no, wait." Hemali is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and INSENSITIVE to patient care. The office is dirty, old equipment. As you look up at the ceiling, while laying on exam chairs that are not protected with PPE (for COVID-19 purposes), you can see dirt around the air vents. As I sat sit in the very small dark & dank waiting room where there is no social distancing (for COVID-19 purposes), I left the waiting room door open so the dead air could circulate). STAY FAR AWAY!
