Dr. Mykola Krylyuk, DMD

I had a disappointing experience at Dr. Krylyuk’s office. The front desk lady was unprofessional, disrespectful, and uncaring. I arrived a couple of minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances, and she immediately canceled my appointment without empathy. Her rude tone and condescending remarks added to my frustration. She rescheduled my appointment weeks later, showing no urgency for my immediate dental needs. The lack of concern reflects poorly on the practice. I urge Dr. Krylyuk to reevaluate their front desk policies and provide training on customer service and empathy. I hesitate to return in the future. Management should take this feedback seriously for a more caring environment.

I am extremely happy and satisfied to be a patient of Dr.M. Krylyuk . He is a VERY good doctor , knowledgable , with an excellent sense of humor , very friendly , his prices are very fair and competitive with other offices , but quality of work is much higher . I don't want to say that other dentists are bad , but want to say that he is better . His dental assistant Mariya and front desk manager are also very friendly and pleasant . It is a big pleasure for me and many other people that I know to visit his dental office . Thank you Doc.

This doctor does not have any ethics when interacting with patients and caregivers, and occasionally is frankly rude. When patient comes to any doctor, the last things he or she wants to hear are jokes about condition he/she has. This doctor obviously does not understand this simple concept. Another issue is professionalism: with his gloves on he was touching every surface in the exam room and then prepared to do oral cleaning. When politely asked to replace gloves, he became upset and aggravated. Then, in a hurry, he completed the procedure. Result - a lot of stone remained, all because of my "inappropriate" request. The medical staff is also unprofessional – does not know how to operate the X-Ray machine. If you want to preserve your health and dignity, look somewhere else.

I had the same dentist for 15 years, but with a change of my work schedule i had to find the doctor who works on weekends. Alter reading the excellent reviews of Dr. Krylyuk I decided to give it a try. I must say the experience was beyond my expectations. I needed a cleaning and two fillings. Everything was done with such a care, professionalism and NO PAIN! Definitely recommend!

Dr Krylyuk is the best dentist I have seen so far in my life! I am always very sensitive on needle and pain for my tooth fillings, Doctor was very patiently explaining me the procedure and he numbed my gum WITHOUT any pain!! If you are looking for a great dentist, look no further! I have seen a few dentists in the past and can finally stop looking. Dr.Mykola helped me get my smile exactly how I envisioned it, I especially like the fact that he is up to date with new materials and techniques. After have gotten a deep cleaning my gums were not destroyed as they have been before at other dental offices. NO PAIN!!!

Dr.krylyuk is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and very trustworthy dentist. He is always a pleasure and has a way to make you very at ease, comforting you while being super patient and delicate. His staff is very friendly and attentive. He is the only dentist I trust with my smile, so much that I( and my whole family) commute from NY. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
