I went in for a severe toothache.told them how much money I had,after a little whilemy ins.covered .what it didn't cover I paid out of pocket.after my x ray I was told it would be about 20 grand to fix nothing about my tooth,that would be the cost of extracting the tooth,anyway long story short 6 weeks later I get a bill for an additional 195 dollar's with no explanation, just balance forwarded.well the service wasn't anything special,they didn't even fix my tooth,took my money didn't give a receipt ,then send another bill,for doing nothing.Now that's how you get a TESLA....
