Dr. Nancy Duggan, DDS

My review unfortunately reflects the non clinical staff not Dr. Duggan personally. However, she employs them (one such rude individual) and has permitted this conduct to continue for years. The clinical staff are good and the front desk staff are all friendly and helpful with the excel of one. Front desk/Billing person Valarie is extremely unprofessional, rude, and needs to get out of customer service and dealing with the public in general. What she has said to me over the years is nothing but degrading and disrespectful from a office worker to a patient that is spending money especially in a place that already causes people to have anxiety to begin with. After being a patient of >15 years with this practice it is truly sad!

Dr Duggan has been my dentist for over 30 years. She has the touch of an angel! She will make every effort to squeeze you in for a dental emergency. Her wonderful;l staff has been there as long as I have. Her kindness and concern are so heartwarming. Dr. Nancy will ruin going to other dentists. My doctor goes to her as well. She is awesome!

Great and personal service, she made time for me when I had a dental emergency. She and her team is efficient and fast; she has a calming voice and narrates the procedures as completed! They also made sure to schedule the follow up appointments the same day!

Have been going here for the past few years because my husband also sees her and recommended this place. Have had a lot of dentist horror stories in the past and they are the best dentists I've ever been to. Wonderful people in the office and both Dr Duggan and Dr Castle are fantastic. Had a recent filling by Dr Castle and she really is amazing at what she does. Can't say enough good things about them. Definitely go here if you can.
