Simply the best

This young lady was my student dentist at UAB School of Dentistry. She really worked hard to get my dentures looking as natural as they can be. I’ve visited other dentist offices in my area and they have complimented me on my dentures and asked who did them. I told them her name and that she was a student at the time. Great job Dr. Ross! I know you are even better now! You really took pride in your work as a student, and I know you’re doing great things! I hope you move to my area soon!

My Review

I wanted to make an appointment for just a teeth cleaning with No x-rays. I don't have dental insurance and I am currently unemployed and would be paying out of pocket. They said I have to get x-rays, so I agreed to have both done at the quoted price of $79. They performed the x-rays, exam, and then "REFUSED" to do the teeth cleaning until I agreed to "Additional Costs" for a Gum Pre-Cleaning procedure and other services. I got up and left the office after the exam in “ANGER” when they "REFUSED" to do the teeth cleaning. They “DIDN'T” perform the services I wanted and was scheduled for and now they are trying to bill charge me $262 when they initially quoted me $79 total for all three services, x-rays, exam, and teeth cleaning.
