Took advantage of me and my insurance…
Telehealth
I had an emergency appointment at the Riverside office on July 15, which marked the beginning of this terrible experience. On that day, I got a tooth pulled and paid $180 out of pocket. At my follow-up on July 22, I mentioned another molar was bothering me. They took 17 more X-rays, even though this tooth was already marked for extraction on the 15th. I believe they are scamming and overbilling my insurance. I only wanted my two teeth pulled. I left on the 22nd and made another appointment for the 24th because the tooth was still hurting. The price adjuster said it would cost over $400 out of pocket, even though I paid $180 a week ago to have the same tooth pulled on the opposite side. She claimed I had only $90 left in benefits, but United Healthcare confirmed otherwise. This raised suspicions, so I requested my patient ledger report and questioned the unnecessary X-rays. Now my insurance won't cover a $946 bone replacement graft which was never discussed.

Extremely rude! Talks to you like you’re uneducated, and it very rough. I would not recommend this doctor. Please spend your money elsewhere!

Dr Rahimi was extremely professional, efficient and patient. her and her team went above and beyond to make sure that i felt comfortable during my treatment. she continuously kept checking that i was doing ok and felt comfortable the whole time i was at the office. definitely recommend her if you're looking for a dentist that has your best interest at heart. she is the true definition of compassionate care.
