Dr. Natalie Neu is an amazing Dentist! Neu Family Dentistry team is beyond delightful. Maly (Hygienist)is so gentle and does a great job cleaning my teeth. Chris (Assistant)is so sweet and makes sure you are comfortable. Tina (Office Manager) goes above and beyond to help with all your Insurance and Financial needs. Dr. Neu listens to what I have to say and explains everything so well. I have anxiety and this team makes it a pleasure to have dentistry done. I recommend this office to everyone.

The best dental experience EVER!! She really takes her time with patients and is great with children. I also love that she listens to me and respects my alternate beliefs and practices and tries to accommodate me while still maintaining best practices:)

I only went to her because my dentist retired. I did not like her demeanor and was not thrilled with her care. On my first encounter with her she complained about her child...to someone she just met! I also did not like the tone she used with the staff. Treated them like servants. Did not go back and would not recommend her.

I was a patient of Dr. Cary's. Then came Dr. Sukowatey and now Dr. Neu. The staff is still there, one of the assistants or hyginists is not (all I remember is she talked alot) but its obvious there is a good rhythm. I love seeing Pat and Chriss. I felt listened to. I am old. but Dr. Neu didn't seem to judge. I thought she treated her staff well. Everyone was so pleasant and happy. Good experience and will stay in #450.

just my opinion in brookfield – Feb 18, 2017

I highly recommend Dr. Neu and her staff! They made me feel comfortable and welcome. I have had tons of dental work done over the years and continue to have one dental problem after another. Dr. Neu took the time to truly listen to my dental history and address my concerns. She is kind, and gentle which is exactly what I was looking for in a dentist. So far I have had a few fillings placed and one extraction done by Dr. Neu and my experience has been virtually pain free. She is great!!!

Fantastic office. The assistant was a sweetheart, the hygienist was gentle, and Dr Neu has a great chairside manner. I went in for a cleaning and exam and was disappointed to find that my poor childhood habits had caught up to me. She broke the news to me in a way that didn't break my heart. I left that visit feeling clean and refreshed, but most of all I felt like it was all gonna be ok. I can't say that I'm looking forward to getting a filling, but at least I'm not dreading the dentist.
