Not Afraid of Going to Dentist Anymore
Explained that I hadn't been to a dentist in over a year because of a traumatic experience at the SA dental school. Told her I needed a play by play so I wasn't surprised by anything. She said that would be easy to do and made it fun. Very pleasant. Playful yet professional. I don't know if the nitrous helped take the edge off, but I actually left feeling GREAT and happy and relaxed! (First time nitrous user. I HIGHLY recommend it!) Looking forward (can't even believe I'm saying that!) to going back and getting this tooth taken care of. Dr Verona helped me get out of pain. I don't think I will ever want another dentist.-Oh! And the office staff were wonderful working me in and sending me paperwork. Nina even had me call a number that helps people without insurance get a discount. Stephanie, Dr Verona's assistant was so friendly and made me feel at ease.
