Dr. Neill Dubberstein, DDS

Could not be happier with Dr. Neill Dubberstein and his team. I've had a lifetime fear of dentists but not any longer. Was referred by my boss and they got me in quickly for a cleaning and consult. They have already replaced a crown. No pain, very thoughtful and caring. I will be back!

Doesn’t rush you through. Good about pain management during procedures. He will see me for emergencies immediately. I’ve moved from OKC but still continue to go making the 90 mile round trip.

This is my second visit. I decided to give them another chance after the dentist offered numerous services that were not needed during my first visit. I understood, businesses survive on return customers. Waited 45+ minutes to be seen. When inquiring after 15 minutes the receptionist interrupts me stating, "Your appointment is at 9:30 AM." Yes ma'am and it's 9:50 AM. "Oh well, let me see what's going on. She was late today and is behind with another patient." No problem, wait another 15

I have gone to this dentist for 20+ years and loved it. Staff is great! But then I was switched to the son Zane instead of Neil and the son missed a major cavity. My new dentist said it is deep and needs to be taken care of right away. I don't know how many times I said this particular tooth hurts. That being said, I love Neil's work and the staff is great!
