Dr. Nermeen Moussa, DDS

In an emergency where my tooth was split into two parts, Dr. Nermeen Moussa and the American Dental Association charged me $225 out of pocket for a 3D scan. Later on insurance told me it could be covered by them. Afterward, they informed me that I needed to have the tooth extracted. However, they told me they had no available appointments for two months. When I requested my medical records to seek treatment from another doctor, both Dr. Moussa and the clinic refused to release the 3D scan and other records?despite the urgency of my situation and the pain I was experiencing. I believe that refusing to release a patient's medical documents in an emergency situation is not the right action. So I would not suggest her.

I was treated by Dr. Moussa through Cameo Endodontics for a tooth that ultimately needed a root canal. The first time I saw her the tooth was mostly asymptomatic, and I didn't want to believe the bad news. I got religion when that area of my mouth became painful nine months later, and I went back to Cameo for her to perform the root canal. I found Dr. Moussa to be friendly and casual, and unhurriedly painstaking in her work. My mouth was almost completely pain-free after the initial painkillers wore off, which could be partially due to the quality of her work. While I I would not hesitate to be treated by any Cameo endodontist, I especially recommend Dr. Moussa.

Dr. Moussa took care of me twice in the last year. Her care was excellent. She explained everything and then went to work with little delay. Today's appointment was urgent and the team fit me in with ease. The office wait time was 10 minutes, pretty normal overall. The office staff was courteous and explained the financial arrangements in detail. i highly recommend Dr. Moussa for all your work.
