Dr. Ngoc Vo, DDS

I was anxious when I was told my tooth had to be extracted because I have only had bad tooth extraction experiences with a previous dentist. I am so thankful to Dr. Vo and her wonderful dental assistant Amy for making my complicated tooth extraction as pleasant of an experience as it cold be. They both are so reassuring and caring about how I was feeling during the procedure – I have never experienced such amazing chairside manner. The extraction itself was difficult, however that did not change how positive my experience was. Dr. Vo knew how troublesome it would be to go to the pharmacy right after my procedure, and so she provided me pain medication and antibiotics to last until the next day. In addition, she even gave me her cell phone number to contact her at any time if I had any problems post-extraction. I am so grateful for the amazing patient service I received here, and I have already recommended so many friends and family to see Dr. Vo as well.

I have a excellent experience with 21Dentalgroup, after looking around for a new dentist, I decided to come in for a new crown. Dr.Vo was my doctor, she very tentative and very soft spoken. Like the previous review i did ask for price and was given a very good deal. Overall, I'm happied with the service and I would recommend Dr.Vo if you need a good dentist in Arcadia.

This dentist is not good and she tried to rip people off. When I came to this office for treating my teeth as its hurt. The dentist told me that she had to pull my two teeth and later on can do implant . I asked her how much. Her assistant staff , Calvin Vo, told me that they will try to apply my medicare and I will pay the balance . She started take out my teeth as said and when she put a temp crown on my tooth, it was very uncomfortable. It was unbalance and I have to go back and forth.
