That’s not the norm! Something doesn’t sound right because I have had many procedures and never had a situation like that! Can’t make everyone happy!

Dr. Hein is more focused on gouging his patients than treating them. His office gave me a Treatment Plan that quoted a crown replacement at $1,400. After the procedure had already started, he had an assistant come into the cubicle and put a paper in my face and she said the Treatment Plan would cost $1,700+. Although they'd already numbed my teeth, gums and mouth, the procedure was stopped. I left. Hein cares less about the patients and more about the $$$.
