Dr. Nihal Kamel, DMD

As someone who has been afraid of the dentist for years I’m grateful to have found Dr Kamel . They squeezed me in for an emergency and she got me out of pain and changed my mind about the dentist . I now look forward to my next visits .

I don’t normally write reviews, but this one I have to do. I had an appointment, called her office told them I was lost and I will be a couple minutes late. They didn’t seem to object. When I got there, she looked me with a very rude scary eyes and told me that someone else took my appointment because I was late . The office was empty. There’s no one else besides me. She could have told me someone else took your appointment and you have to wait until he leaves so we can take you in. I feel that she was very rude and could’ve been handled a lot more professional as a doctor. I will never go back to our office again.I canceled other appointments I had that day to attend to her office. Disappointed with her service

I have been a patient for two years now, and have no complaints regarding my routine check-ups and cleanings. The only problem I have is with their ability to make and keep my appointments. In the last two years, my appointments have been changed almost every time and I am not informed until very close to the appointment date. Most of the time, I even have to find out for myself. It is very inconvenient and I hope this has only been happening to me.
