Receptionist and Dr. Very very rude and only interested in payment and Insurance. Would not recommend to anyone

NEW Please avoid! I received a crown from Dr Patel, but since day one I felt like it was loose. I went back several times and he would mock me saying that he could tell if it was loose. I left his practice and when I went to my next dentist, it was determined that there was decay beneath the crown. I ended up having an implant! All that could have been avoided if he put on the crown correctly the first time, or even listened to me when I said it was loose!

Dr. Patel filled 3 of my teeth in November. The fillings caused horrible pain. He had to remove those fillings and replace them with a sedative. I was instructed not to bite down on anything with that side of my mouth, not to eat nuts... all through Thanksgiving AND then Christmas. I finally had the fillings re-done for the 3rd time earlier this month. I was supposed to go back today so that he could re-do one of the fillings again for the FOURTH time. Instead I got a second opinion. That tooth is now infected, the original filling was too close to the nerve, and I must now get a root canal followed by a crown! His mistake will cost me thousands of dollars.

Patel is just ok, but they want you to pay whatever they asked. They seem to overcharge their patients under the table.

Wow! Most comprehensive and thorough dental exam I’ve ever had. Dr. Patel and his staff explained everything carefully - and they actually made my appointment enjoyable. Full marks so far!!

Very great doctor, very great staff. Hats off to Ms Melissa, I called her about 8 times today, she never got aggravated, she remained calm and professional on every call. She resolved my issue, in a timely manner. I absolutely love this dentist office and would refer them to anyone!!

Office and billing staff are incompetent, they do not know what they are doing, no knowledge. They will charge you additional services without informing you of the cost. They do not bill your insurance properly. They will tell you that your balance is paid, and then send you an unexpected bill. They refuse to return your calls, even the office manager, very unprofessional. When I did finally speak to someone, she could not correctly tell me what the charges were for, I received different answers

I really like my dentist, Dr. Patel and his staff! They are kind, courteous and have your best interest at heart. They are there for you when you need them, even on short notice, very accommodating.

A previous patient of Dr.Holdorf which is an excellent dentist. Dr. Patel which I met while I was having a Implant placed by Dr. Holdorf seem very respectful and nice. Now with that being said he nor his office staff hold a torch to Dr. Holdorf and previous staff members. Staff is very rude. I would have never use Patel or staff if I would have known Patel was taking over business. Dr.Patel might want to get rid of staff and business would flourish. Wish Dr. Holdorf would come out of retirement.
