Dr. Nilsa Toledo, DMD

Dr. Toledo is by far the best dentist my child had the opportunity to be helped by.We have gone to many other pediatrics dentist, and they will say anything for you to come into their practice and once there and after X-Ray back track on the procedure's requested from initial conversation.Dr.Toledo was honest and empathetic from the very beginning. She took the time to explain any procedure we needed to do with our child and/or impact if not followed through. She did not push us for anything we did not needed like other dentist office. Dr.Toledo needed to operate on my child which was very successful and she was transparent of everything to be done and later what was done.To any parent, I would recommend Dr.Toledo over any other dentist any day. She really does care about her patients health. Above all she has a very professional support staff. It has been a godsend to have found Dr.Toledo in time to address a very urgent and needed procedure for our child

Great Experience, my twin daughter’s smiles have improved greatly with her non-surgical appliance, to realign their jaw . Highly recommend.

Every time I have gone for my appointment, I have to wait an hour and a half to get attended, then another 30 minutes for the doctor and her assistant to get ready, and overall it takes them 2 hours or more just to do a cleaning. They talk too much and get easily distracted. It's very unprofessional, they have to be considerate that people work and don't have all day to wait. Dr. Toledo is a good person and knows what she is doing but overall the customer service and service operation process is not effective. I suggest to start working with another dentist specialist to get assistance.

I had a lot jaw pain, teeth grinding, also, I can't opening the mouth too wide. Dr Toledo fixed my problem on time with the right treatment and orthodontic. Thanks Dr Toledo for your prompt help and right prognosis

I Have an autistic daughter, who had very bad pain in her mouth, Dr Toledo did wonders with her she no longer has pain and Dr Toledo has made her smile even more beautiful than before. I woulod recommend this Dr. to anyone whit a special needs child.

Worst customer service and dentist in my life. After waiting an entire hour they told me I could be seen even though I came in two weeks prior in person to give them my information. What could have been simple phone call lead to an hour of my time being wasted. So great place if you would like to waste your time too.

Such a terrible, inconsiderate dentist I have ever been to in my life.She is constantly moving to different locations, always wants to use cheap products, even with the gloves.She gossips and jokes in Spanish with her co-workers while making you wait.She is surgery happy,and wants to sell you on the fact you need to come every month, which insurance does not cover. Stay away from her!!! I would give no stars and never recommend her

The last 3 years I have tried to get an appt for my autistic daughter. During that time, I have not received the courtesy of even a call back. I was told from another parent that the problem was her office manager and now that she is no longer there, I shouldn't have the same experience. Well, she was wrong. I called in June and was told they needed it to be cleared with Medicaid in order for them to schedule an appt, six months later...I am still waiting. Stay clear of this place!!!!
