So grateful for the help received. Dr.Sharoff and her team are excellent .

Dr.Sharoff , thank you to you and your team for helping my mother. We were referred to see Dr.Sharoff after seeing 2 other Pain Doctors. We drove from Bellingham and totally worth it. My mom has been suffering with Lichen planus for over 10 years and with the medication she was given after we saw Dr.Sharoff, she feels so much better. She is able to enjoy her food again. I will be forever greateful for bringing back a smile on my mother's face and take away all that suffering. Highly recommend her.

I was referred to her because of recent clicking and locking of my jaw. She was 15 minutes late. I got an x-ray, and it came back fine. She said it was due to my personality and left it at that. She also noted on my after visit summary that I denied past traumas when that was not something that was clearly defined nor related to my recent problem, and it was not brought up by her during the appointment. I was medically gaslit on my health record, and I did not feel respected nor listened. She also saw that I was neurodivergent and asked if I was on medication for my specific neurotype. I said there was none (because there isn't, and that is not how neurodivergence should be viewed by a professional). She eagerly asked, 'But are you on medication for it?', after what I just said, and I replied no. I did not feel safe nor accommodated and accepted by Dr. Sharoff. She needs to learn how to accommodate and accept neurodivergence, as well as to not lie on record. I would not see her again.

It saddens me to write this but Dr Nisha Sharroff is very unprofessional and rude. I'd recommend finding another doctor for your needs.

Thank you Dr.Sharoff and team. You guys are awesome. I am feeling a lot better. My jaw used to pop very loud while eating and made me embarrassed. I couldn't go out to eat in public or with friends. I saw Dr.Sharoff and after a month's treatment my jaw does not pop any more. I am so happy that I was referred to see Dr.S.

First visit went very well. From the time you walk in to the time you walk out everyone is in such a positive mood. Very friendly and efficient staff. Dr. Sharoff is patient and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me. The treatment proposed gave me a lot of hope. All instructions were given and Dr. Sharoff was very reassuring. After a month of treatment, I feel a lot better and the pain in my TMJ has almost gone. I only feel some discomfort once a while which does not bother me anymore. Dr.Sharoff gave me her time and was extremely thorough and I feel blessed to have such a wonderful healthcare provider.

Pain persists after multiple visits while provider notes were not transparent and state my pain was improving. Provider was not empathetic and very forceful on her philosophy of care despite patient needs and feedback. Provider did not listen or note any side effects i had after her medication prescription and after visit notes. Clinic she is managed in is overwhelmed and staffing is limited. If you want the best care, go somewhere else for TMJ/TMD

I went to her for TMD that I’ve had for 20 yrs w/osteoarthritis & slipped disks. I have a limited opening, some muscular & some due to the joint. My muscles were tight due to a long drive & not taking a muscle relaxer. She started to examine me, putting a finger in my mouth to check how big I can open, but because the muscles were tight I couldn’t open much. She shoved a 2nd finger in my mouth yanking it open to a point that it felt like an assault. I had to pull away from her because she just kept yanking. She got annoyed & said I needed to do what she said if I wanted to be treated. I told her I understood, but the pain was bad & if she could stop when I say or go slow and please respect that. She got even more mad & again Said I had to do whatever she said. After that she told me I needed counseling and didn’t even look @ the X-rays & refused to send me for an MRI even though the last one was 17 yrs old. She stopped listening to me when I said she was too rough. NEVER see her!

Dr Nisha is just amazing!! We had the opportunity of visiting Othello where I developed tooth ache and required an extraction. Dr Nisha did an excellent job. She is too good at her hand work and the extraction process was very easy. She made me very comfortable and without much pain was able to get me out of my tooth ache. I would highly recommend Dr Nisha as she knows her job very well and is a very competent Dentist.

Dr. Sharoff is a very incompetent dentist. She thinks she is so good at surgery but yet can only take a piece of the tooth out. Then she refers me to a surgeon in which charged me $2000, but then CBHA dental had to pay it or I was going to sue them. They then can't fill my prescription at their pharmacy in which made me wait for 2 hours. Totally incompetent dental department. I highly recommend not coming here, would recommend any other dentist in Moses Lake or Tri Cities.

I would recommend Dr. Sharoff to anyone, especially if going to the Dentist makes them nervous.
