HIGH PRESSURE SALES
The service is good and the staff is friendly but under that friendliness is the motivation for high powered sales. They lure you into expensive services and once you are bated they switch office managers. Recently having had work done I could not understand the printout charges, went into the office to have it explained and instead of an decrease in charges I was told I owed an additional several thousands dollars which was not in my signed contract. I am very upset about this. In addition they did not fully explain to me a loan company they parter with in which I wound up paying super high interest and monthly payments on top of it. Yes, the dental work done is good but the lure of high powered sales and the balance I owe is no so much a problem but the newly discovered amount which I do not believe is definately a problem My problem is I trusted them and did not have my lawyer review the paperwork before I sign the loan agreement.
