Unnecessary Dental Work. Messed up my mouth.

Since I could not give a zero star, I gave one. The doctors and the billing staff are only concerned about insurance and not the patient. My appointment canceled two times since the office closes if there are not enough patients on that day. They operate like a stall in a flea market. The dentists lack technical competence. I have changed my dentist and saved myself.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr Krinick and staff. I had a problem and they got me a quick appointment. He was professional and caring . He answered all my questions and spent a good amount of time with me. Very happy with the service I received.

Do not recommend him, had to have another dentist fix the bad work he did. Cigna provides list of dentists, call them!

Rude staff; 45 minutes wait for both appointments. Zero concern for ethics or the patient.BE CAREFUL! recommends unnecessary procdures.Presented IN the exam room with "guaranty of Payment"and treatment plan I had never seen using abbreviations that were indecipherable. Asked Ito explain, Dr Rajpal said I needed procedures that I were not needed: "deep cleaning" for "gum problems" (I have no gum probelms and had already had a cleaning)replacement of a healthy crown another dentist did b/c she "didn't like the way it was sitting (i've had no problems w/it); and a statement that I would pay whether or not the insurance approved it and whether or not it was covered. DO NOT sign this ! the dentist has a contract with the insurer to charge according to a schedule and you are only respponsible for medically required services per that contract RATE.She said sign it or leave and YELLS if you ask questions. She did not do the scheduled work b/c I didn't agree with the "plan.”.

Do not recommend him, had three dental implants which were very badly done. He is superficially smiley but very insincere.

Dr Krinick was kind, patient, and took care of my emergency double extraction with the complete compassion of someone who understands dental phobia. No rush, no intimidation or scare tactics like I had with previous dentists. I left the office with complete instructions, meds, and his private number in case I had any problems or questions later. We discussed a follow up plan and I am excited to be on my way to a healthy smile again. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Was able to schedule a last minute appointment with ease. Very happy with everything. Would definitely recommend.

My experience was awesome at United Nations plaza Dental. The Staff is always helpful
