They're overpriced and do unnecessary work, especially when seeing your child for the final time before they turn sixteen. The knew my son was leaving, had just had a procedure several months ago and had no deductible remaining to cover cleaning. I was OK with paying for my son's one final cleaning ahead of his 16th b-day. However, they added $44 in XRAYS he didn't need....I will make my insurance company aware of these shady billing practices.

My two kids (11 & 13) have been going here their entire lives....until this year (2018). We have finally had enough of the arrogant, unforgiving attitude and inability to bend on scheduling appointment times. There is one hygienist that is sweet and nice. The other hygienist is a b***h and the front office lady is worse. The dentist himself runs hot and cold. It is true what other say on here, they definitely make parents feel like they are the worst parents in the world.

My children have gone here for years. I love the cleanliness of the office and I am pleased with the Hygienist . They are both pleasant and do a thorough job. However, the Dentist is extremely flippant & arrogant. He is goofy & playful with the children, but he has an air about him and is not very accommodating. His front lady is terrible- never smiles, has no customer service skills, can be rude and should not be in this type of role. A lot of people say the same. Finding a new office soon

Dr. Cognetto saw my son in 2013. We received a bill in the mail and attempted to pay it--however, Dr's phone number was not in service and his office was closed. We paid it off through collections because we couldn't get a hold of the office at all. This year, my son was referred to him, he had reopened a few years ago. However, the office insisted my son was dismissed and not welcome back. Rude, dismissive, and utterly snobbish and unhelpful.

I will never take my kids to him again. In Front of my younger children, he accused my husband and I of just being shy of child abuse because my daughter's teeth we're in poor health. He blamed us for her dental condition. Her doctor agreed that it was from a medical issue. He is very arrogant. My 12 year old begged me to find a new dentist. Please do not take your children to this dentist office. Find another dentist.
