Let me preface this review- I’m absolutely terrified…. petrified of dentists. Majorly full blown anxiety attacks. The 1st time I met Dr. Morales, I went into an anxiety attack & he left the room for he felt he was stressing me more. Through the kindness of dental assistant, Estefania, & Insurance Clerk, Agustina, I was able to calm down. When Dr. Morales returned, he was kind, reassuring, & patient with me. He didn’t make me feel rushed, as he explained the dental implant procedure. It was as if I was his only patient. I entrusted doing the procedure with Dr. Morales. Through this 1st phase, where he had to remove remaining teeth & cap bases, Dr. Morales was a great comfort putting me at ease. He had to anesthetize me & it happened so quickly & professionally, I barely remember the process until waking up. Dr. Morales was thorough in his work & did an excellent job explaining the next steps to a groggy person. I’ve seen him on a follow up visit & surprisingly for me, I had NOT ONE mome

I was referred to Orofacial & Dental Implant Surgery by my son’s pediatric dentist, Dr. Marfori, and I am so glad I was. Orofacial & Dental Implant Surgery is the best dental surgery practice I have ever experienced. The office staff is so helpful and actually tell the patients how glad they are to help them. Furthermore, Dr. Morales is the best oral surgeon I have ever met. He is professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, caring, thorough, funny, and always available when needed. My son had all four of his wisdom teeth removed and after the surgery, I was provided with his personal cellphone number and informed that I could call him after hours with any issues. When my son did end up experiencing an issue after the surgery, Dr. Morales was available to answer my questions and arranged for my son to be seen by him that same day. Dr. Morales and his entire staff have provided the absolute best level of patient care that I have ever seen or experienced by any medical practice.

I went in for a dental implant consultation. Was told different stories regarding pricing from different office staff. Terrible miscommunication and incompetence from office staff. Ridiculously over priced.

Dr. Morales has extracted both of my teenage sons’ 4 wisdom teeth. He has a caring and pleasant bedside manner and makes you feel very comfortable about him performing the oral surgery. He explains the procedure very well and answers any questions you may have, never rushing. He is also very accommodating if you have any concerns and need to be seen after the surgery. We highly recommend Dr. Morales!

Our family has had 4 surgeries with Dr. Morales and all have been virtually flawless! He is an excellent surgeon, extremely experienced and knowledgable with a great bedside manner. The Southwest office is very well-run and professional and everyone there is friendly and nice to work with. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else for future oral surgery needs!

In June as part of her orthodontics process was in need of having her wisdom teeth removed. Our Rr. Ana Garcia recommended we use Orofacial and Dental Implant Surgery.After initial consultation with Dr. Morales a surgery date was set. We arrived early that morning and everything went exactly as scheduled. We took her home and followed the staffs instructions and her recovery was very quick and they truthfully exceded our expectations. We are very satisfied and glad we used this office Thank you

I visited Dr. Morales at the recommendation of Dr. Castilini to have an extraction. It was suggested that I have a bone graft and two implants. They were very professional and did an excellent job of the extraction and bone graft. I am awaiting the scheduling of the implants.

Shirlene was AMAZING, both her and the doctor Morales explain everything so clear. Shirlene made me feel at home and completely prepared for my surgery on Friday. :) I was super scared to get my FOUR wisdom teeth taken out but they reassured me I was in great hands. Doctor Morales was amazing as well and visually explained how he would do the surgery since I was pretty skeptical to get them out. Over all, great experience with everyone at Orofacial Kissimmee! Super fantastic is all I got to say!

Dr. Morales and his associates did a wonderful job with my daughter. They explained everything they were going to do and made her as comfortable as she could be prior to her surgery. My daughter's surgery was a success with no complications. This is the second time he has worked with my family. My older daughter is special needs and had her wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Morales. Again no complications. He does great work!!

Follow-up visit on extraction prior to implant was again a very pleasant experience. Doctor Morales and entire staff of Orofacial Waterford were very professional and friendly.

I didn't know it was possible to LOVE oral surgery. But to the extent that's possible, I certainly did. Dr. Morales is hilarious, yet at the same time confident, intelligent, and reassuring. Because my roots we so close to the nerves, I had a hard decision to make regarding possible permanent numbness if my tooth was removed. He gave me the facts--and gave me as much time as I needed--to decide. After weighing the pros and cons for 15 minutes, Dr. Morales and his team are amazing!

If you are looking for an oral surgeon that is not only the BEST in his field, but also has the most caring and compassionate bed side manner for his patients then Dr. Morales is that oral surgeon. Dr. Morales is a talented oral surgeon who has performed two oral surgeries on my daughter years ago and recently a complicated oral surgery on me. I highly recommend Dr Morales.

I met with Dr. Morales who was very nice too and well experienced and made me feel that, what I felt was a very unique and complicated jaw issue to be ok, and a case that he faced many times before. It helped when he showed me some cases who had the same problems and he fixed it and told me about their surgery and healing process.
