PATIENT BEWARE!!! During my first visit, Ojjeh told me I had several cavities (I am not prone to getting cavities). During a different visit, I felt like Ojjeh used fear tactics to coerce me into getting veneers. He told me my teeth had severe fractures and that I needed to schedule the veneer appointment right away, and that I can't even eat a nut until then or my teeth will crack...I got a second opinion from another dentist who said, indignantly, "You have good teeth!" Needless to say, I avoid Ojjeh like the plague. And, for the record, years later my teeth are still fine, and I eat nuts all of the time :)

STAY AWAY! They refused to schedule an appointment for my son (under 18) who has a serious cavity and is in pain. Now I must find another provider, change my insurance and go through the extra hassle because of this discriminatory practice. I do not recommend them. Save yourself the trouble and find another provider.

I have no idea how this office gets such great reviews. I’ve been trying to get my son set up for a teeth cleaning and the staff keep pushing me off, stating they need to talk to the dentist. Can you do a cleaning or not? Don’t put your office on a HMO dental list, if you’re not willing to see new patients. Then the office tells me that I will have to pay an additional $20 for PPE for the doctor when I had received an email from my dental insurance company that dentists can’t charge extra with my insurance. The covid situation is turning around, this office needs to get it together. None of them seem to know of a plan moving forward. They couldn’t schedule a cleaning in August and it’s June 17th. That makes no sense! We will bring our business elsewhere. Ridiculous!

I cannot understand how this dentist gets 5 star reviews!! The problems I had before I found a new dentist: 1. When calling his Naperbrook Office, no one answers the phones and often don't return phone calls. 2. On my 1st visit, he recommended 5 new crowns, 2 teeth for fillings and 2 teeth with veneers. I only needed 2 new crowns. 3. His office didn't send me quotes and he blamed me. 4. His office gave different quotes for the same procedures for different teeth. Avoid this dentist!!

He’s a great guy! I called him with a dental emergency late at night on a holiday weekend when I was out of state. He assessed the situation and walked me through what needed to be done. He saw me the moment I returned to town. He could not have been more accommodating, and now I am pain free with beautiful teeth!

After going to the same dentist since I was a child, I was extremely nervous about finding someone new. I hit the jackpot with Dr. Ojjeh and would highly recommend him. He has a great bedside manner. He is not only highly intelligent but also very friendly and approachable. He is very good about showing you and explaining to you exactly what is going on with your teeth and any procedures that may need to be done. He stays current and tries everything on himself before trying on a patient.

Change in insurance - had to find a new dentist. Dr. Ojjeh is up to date on new technology. Especially appreciate the camera which allows patients to see exactly what he's talking about. Have to confess to some sticker shock when he recommended a porcelain inlay to replace a filling that was leaking. But after doing some research, I came to agree that the porcelain inlay preserved my molar - I think the only insurance covered option would have been a crown.
