Crowded with uncomfortable chairs. If they're going to make you wait over an hour - which seems to be how they operate - they could at least provide decent seating. Every time we arrive for our scheduled appointment they are running at least an hour behind & there are three people ahead of us. Staff is rude & condescending & not at all apologetic. Not worth the stress.
