Front desk was professional and proactive. I’ve met with both doctor’s in the practice and they are excellent clinicians. As a physician myself I feel like I’m in good hands with them. I will refer all my friends and family to the practice.

Went up for a cleaning that I've had scheduled for months now. I get up there and the "office manager" Ashley is extremely unprofessional and condescending. She kept saying they couldn't see me because I'm "Not listed". I asked what that means and she just repeated that I'm "Not listed" as if repeating what she said would miraculously make me understand. She said I have to be "listed" because I have an HMO. I was confused what my medical insurance had to do with anything and said "I don't have an HMO" and presented my insurance card that shows I have Aetna PPO. She kind of shrugged her shoulders as if to say "I don't know what to tell you". I asked what's going on as I've been going there for 5 years (also to note I've NEVER in my 5 years seen this person before). She said "IDK maybe your insurance changed". I said "no, it's been the same" and she kind of shrugged her shoulders again. At this point I said "OK just give me back my insurance card and I'll go somewhere else if you do not
