Dr. Patel is my dental implant surgeon. I sought a quote from his practice (Alpha Dental Excellence) after being told by others that it would take months to get approval from MetLife Dental and the cost would be about $6k out of pocket.
Alpha Dental is in network with MetLife. They got approval during my first visit at half the our-of-pocket price I had been told by others to expect. Dr. Patel had the implant post in my jaw during my first visit.
Dr. Patel works quickly and with obvious skill. He has performed hundreds of implants — not one or two here and there. He is also a congenial conversationalist. His dental assistants like him and are very engaging and friendly.
The office is attractive and immaculate. The office staff are polite and friendly and highly professional.
It is no mystery to me why this practice seems routinely to win the Courier-Times “Best of Bucks” awards. They earn them.
