Dr. Pallavi Batra, DMD

Her practice only cares about taking money, not patient well being. She openly yells at her assistants in the office in patients ear shot. Completely unprofessional.

Dr. Batra should really re-consider if dentistry and working with patients is the right path for herself. It only took a few minutes to have an understanding of who this dentist is.-She is degrading to her staff. -She is unable to answer simple questions without showing anger or an unhappy disposition. -She does not understand the concept of beside manner or just simple kindness.I can not speak to how her work is considering I left without even entertaining the idea of allowing her to provide my dental care. Fair warning-- I read the reviews on the google business page 'Advanced Dentistry'... there is no way this woman honestly has hundreds of 5 star reviews. We all have bad days, but I assure you... a person does not completely lose the ability to exercise integrity or empathy because of a bad day. My only hope is that someone else doesn't have to waste their time and energy with this dentist.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a doctor or dentist's office. Dr. Batra was rude and patronizing. Her office front desk booked my appointment incorrectly and instead of apologizing and offering a solution she blamed me and "explained" the protocol of coming to an appt. with a doctor or dentist. Really? All I wanted was to get my teeth cleaned. Her unprofessionalism is off the charts. I actually think it was a blessing in disguise - I would NEVER trust this horrible woman with my dental care.

3 visits so far and 2 out of 3 visits has been disappointing. 1 hour wait from the scheduled time. Same tooth still hurts and I am stuck with her until this is taken care of this tooth that has been hurting for 9 weeks now.

She is the most caring dentist I've be to in my 44 years. She's very knowledgeable and very professional. She demonstrates a caring demeanor on each visit. I give her 5 stars because I always get compliments on my veneers, but people don't know they're veneers. I will return to her new office location to get the lower teeth done.
