Dr. Parisa Sepehri, DDS

I found her through our in-network insurance system. I went in for a nightguard, she talked me into something else, stated I needed a special MRI from an expensive machine she invested in that was sitting idle, she proclaimed other diagnosis she wanted to investigate. She talked me instead into a very expensive device that completely failed. Prior to any work being done, they assured me all the procedures were covered by insurance, and I specifically asked that they call to get pre-authorization. Nothing was covered, now after 1.5 years of fighting over the bill she's handed me, I'm giving up and paying her - but I felt I needed to come here to warn you THEY ARE NOT ABOVE OUTRIGHT LYING TO YOU. They never called my insurance provider, not once. They misfiled twice for the procedures, so incompetent as well. Out right scandalous practitioner, I was shocked to see the ratings here. The staff and Dr. Sepehri outright lied to me about the services being approved and covered.

Dr, Sepehri has provided care for my disabled daughter and I have been very happy with the experience. She and her office staff have always been very friendly, kind, and helpful.

everyone is so friendly and they were willing to work with me and completely fix my teeth which other dentists would not i really appreciate everyone here!! such a nice environment they always go above and beyond to make you comfortable. doctor is amazing!

Dr. Sepehri is always very kind and treats me with a lot of respect. The atmosphere in the office is always fun and I always enjoy coming in. They even give me a wake up call before I come in since I work nights and sometimes have to make appointments before I would normally wake up. Amazing!!!

I've been going to Dr. Sepehri's for years and she is the one that's had to fix the previous dentist's mistakes. She is an expert in her field and has the best equipment and staff. Our entire family, including hubby, kiddos, siblings and parents come here too! She is phenomenal! And this is coming from a very picky person who expects the best and she is beyond that.

I don't like going to the dentist usually, but the staff here really help me to enjoy the experience as much as possible. I was in and out in a short amount of time and I left with my mouth looking better than when I first came in.

The procedure was very well explained as well as the reasoning behind performing the procedure. Everything went smoothly and with no issues. Another great experience.

Dr. Sepehri is helping me with my mild diagnosis of sleep apnea. I have spent two weeks sleeping with the temporary device and while there has been a little discomfort while adjusting to the device, I'm happy to report that I'm sleeping so much better. My partner no longer reports that I'm snoring. I'm waking up refreshed and am having fewer fatigue-related afternoon crashes. I look forward to getting my permanent device and updating my review!

Dr. Sepehri and her team are fantastic. Everyone is always friendly and approachable and very caring. This practice is a breath of fresh air; they listen and they care!

My family has been coming to Dr. Sepehri for years. Our kids now come, as well. Dr. Sepehri diagnosed a problem with our daughter that hospital doctors and the primary care doctor could not diagnose. I highly recommend PS Dentral.
