This was my first EVER painless dental procedure, a crown removal and replacement for decay at the base of the tooth, with local anesthesia. Dr. Wallach numbed the surface area then gradually inserted the needle, infusing the local anesthesia as he approached the tooth root. He took the time for the anesthesia to work before advancing the needle deeper. I so APPRECIATED his patience in delivering the anesthesia. Of course, Nancy's presence is always comforting. I will never dread dental visits gain!
