I was very impressed with Dr. Flores after receiving replacements for two crowns and consulting with her about orthodontics as an adult patient in December of 2020. After going through three other dental practices in Williamsburg over the past 10 years and some flubbed work, I have finally found a dentist who is skilled and kind. I'm happy.

Doctor Flores saw me yesterday for the 1st time (27 July 2020), Doctor Springmann my usual doctor retired. I found her to be very friendly, thorough and professional.

Dr. Flores was not respectful towards the staff and clearly felt she was entitled to their service. She was condescending towards me and has no ability to listen nor empathy. She had no concern for my pain or discomfort. She brings great discredit to the American Dental Association.
