Dr. Patricia Reyes, DMD

Her level of care at first was ok. I've seen her for multiple visits with getting a crown and complications which are still not taken care of. She has to be right, she rolled her eyes when I asked too many questions,.Her level of care kept getting worse and worse. She did crazy making tactics. When I finally requested another dr. Instead of her, the receptionist told her and she tried over and over to insist she had to look at my tooth before the new dentist saw me. The receptionist told me she said it was' so she could tell him what to do'. 'It was her work'. I feel she wanted another chance to make me feel bad. She needed control too.I feel she has narcissistic and sadistic traits. I feel she liked to make me feel uncomfortable, to make herself feel better. When I saw 2nd dentist his level of care was so drastically better than hers. She also made me wait over 2 weeks for an appointment when I was in pain. I'm grateful to never go there again.

They are all about how much they can make money from your insurance. After taking bunch of X-rays Dr. Reyes didn't even examine me. But took a diagnoses from her hygienist and denied a cheaper service. Usually it's the doctor who checks patients' teeth to diagnose, right? Instead she said that since the hygienist recommended a certain medication and cleaning plan, she DENIED a regular service. It never happened to me the past 50 years seeing dentists. It's so wrong. Do not recommend this dentist.
