I had a terrible experience here. This practice was behind schedule and very slow to do their work - a simple cleaning took more than two hours. What's more, I was told my insurance was accepted when I booked my appointment a few weeks ago. Then when I go to check out from my appointment, they say my insurance is actually not accepted at their Beaumont location, but is accepted at their other two locations. The practice did not communicate this beforehand. They were all too eager to take my business...only after the fact did they let me know that I could be on the hook for it all. That's just shady. My family and I will not return here again. If you're looking for a new dentist, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

After having tried & failed both CPAP & BiPap devices, I was advised to seek sleep dentistry. Someone mentioned Dr Takacs. I am forever grateful! From the initial visit, to the molding of the device & several follow-ups, I can’t be more pleased! Receptionist was kind, all staff excellent & Dr Takacs was so personal, warm & friendly! My sister came with me to the visits, she is not tolerating CPAP & plans to have another sleep study done, potentially consider the oral device. Awesome provider!
