Dr. Patrick Carr, DDS

I developed an abscess (over the weekend of course) on my wisdom tooth. My wife called Dr. Carr's office on Monday morning (she is a patient there), and they squeezed me in at 12:15 the same day. When I arrived I filled out the normal new patient paperwork and then his assistant gave me a tour of the office, showed me Dr. Carr's diploma and certifications, and gave me a brief overview of the services that they provide. After the exam and x-ray Dr. Carr recommended an extraction. I consented and he proceeded with the treatment. They made me comfortable and it was relatively quick and painless. I am very impressed with Dr. Carr and his entire team. I will recommend them to anyone seeking dental treatment, and I recommend them to you!

I am new to the area, and was looking for a new Dentist. I saw that Dr Carr had some great reviews. So I tried contacting the office by phone and email to schedule an appointment. I left several voice mail messages and emails and waited for over 2 weeks until I finally gave up. Nobody answers the phones during office hours, and nobody has the courtesy to return a call or email. I even filled out the patient form and emailed it to them. No response. No matter how good this doctor may be, you are only as good as your weakest link. If your staff does not care, they are probably being influenced by the owner to be that way. Thumbs down on this office. I found a new Dentist in Surprise. AZ who's staff actually answers the phones and treats new patients with respect. Stay away from Sun City, AZ when looking for a new dentist they do not seem to respect senior citizens, even though this city is known for it's retirees.

A dentist is only as good as his availability to his patients. I only requested a 20 minute appt to adjust a partial which has given me problems in the past.Because I have to wait a week for this appt, I will be unable to eat w/ my partial.
