Dr. Patrick Gallagher, DDS

Had been a patient with this practice for 2 years and went in for scheduled 6 month cleaning two days ago. Upon check out, informed I owed $276.00 as they are no longer taking most insurances. Explained that I was never informed about this and office staff replied that a mass email was sent out in October (4 months ago). Went back thru all emails and this “mass email” was NEVER found. A professional dental office would inform the patient that their dental insurance is not accepted during check in when updating medical information BEFORE the cleaning, not after the cleaning when you have no recourse. Save yourself the expense and do not assume the front desk staff are doing their jobs.

Dr. Eden and his staff are always friendly. Dr. Eden has a patient, gentle, kind manner. He takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures and options. He has been my dentist for nearly 20 years. I wish him well in his retirement. Dr. Eden will be truly missed.

Dr. Gallagher is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. I have a high level of anxiety when it comes to dental work but he is very patient with me and easily explains everything he does so that I understand and remain calm. He treats me with so much kindness and is always so attentive during my appointments. His mind is always focused on the present and helping his patients. I will never go anywhere else. His assistants and the front staff are awesome as well!!
