INSURANCE COODINATOR IS SHADY
Long story but worth readingI was referred to Dr. Walker by my dentist for an implant, when I had my appointment, everything went ok, I guess. I brought in a CT that I had done and he didn't even look at it. As I was checking out, I went ahead and scheduled my extraction plus implant for the next week. I get a call from Anna I believe, she said, 'you don't have coverage for an implant so it will be 4,500 or so'!!! I can't recall. I asked for the insurance coordinator to call me because I knew already, I had coverage. I called my insurance company and they explained to me I did have coverage, at that time I placed him on hold because I was getting a call back from the practice it was Anna saying ' coordinator has a conference call but here is the ref# to the phone call with your insurance company. I clicked over gave him that # and he stated it wasn't a valid #, he also stated he has no record of her calling to check benefits. I print off my insurance coverage call the practice to

Dr. Walker is an excellent oral surgeon - - very professional, yet very caring and personable. My husband had an implant, and he called that evening to check on him. Dr. Walker was already home and was on his cell phone, because I heard his children in the background. A couple of months later, and since that number was on my cell phone, I called it by accident to schedule an appointment. I realized my mistake, and did not leave a message. Within 15 minutes Dr. Walker called to see who needed something. That is amazing. He gets MORE than 5 stars!!

I am having implants. Dr.Walker accepted my case even though several Doctors would not because of many dental issues I had. We are half way through my procedures. He is attentive, caring and has been exceptional. I feel blessed to have found a Dental Surgeon who truly cares about me and what is best for my dental care. He and his team are all wonderful. They are all special!

He stuck my daughter 7 times to get an IV put in to get her wisdom teeth removed. It took her an extra long time to heal after the procedure and he rushed the follow-up appointment.

I am a "senior" patient and was hesitant about implants, he was very knowledgeable and took time to fully explain and answer any questions I had. I am extremely satisfied with the procedure, the care and treatment he gave. He's a keeper for Oral Surgery. I wish I could use him for regualar dental treatment.

Had an overall good experience getting a tooth extracted on a semi-emergent basis. Agreed to do the extraction same day due to my pain, waited a short while as I was worked into the schedule but was grateful he would do the procedure that day.
