Dr. Paul Creighton, DDS

Dr. Paul is kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. He may not be able to attend every cleaning visit but there is a reason for that. He is often called into the hospital for an emergency and I’d much rather he take care of an emergency situation than take 3 minutes checking my kids teeth. I know that he would be at every appointment if he could. When he is there to check things out, he talks to my kids at a level they can understand and never belittles my parenting. Appoints are quick and on time, even the ones that are later in the day. I would highly recommend Dr. Paul.

Just don't. Made us wait over a month for another procedure my son was having so he could "pop in" and pull a couple of teeth that were having trouble falling out. Apparently he didn't hear his plan because he didn't do that AND when confronted by a nurse about it, he didn't even come in the room to see what was going on. Extreme lack of professionalism. Like bottom of the barrel.

Over confident. I will not recommend Dr Paul to any parent. Dr. Paul went ahead and pulled the tooth against the plan which we had discussed with the orthodontist. He promised that he will discuss with the oral surgeon and orthodontist and make a recommendation but instead did not show up on the appointment. Never called back, does not reply emails. He probably owns the University Pediatric Dentistry and does not care about his patients in my experience. This is so strange from a Dr with his level of experience. Feeling helpless with his lack of professionalism.

Horrible!! He said he would order antibiotics for my daughter who had a tooth infection then never ordered it.
