My name is Peggy, and I just had to take the time to write a review about Dr. Downing. My family of four have received dental services from Dr. Downing when he was located at the Alpine Circle location and since he has been at his new office in White Knoll. Dr. Downing's facilities are always clean and inviting, and his service to us has been about the following characteristics: courteousness, gentleness, patience, genuine care for the patient's needs and satisfaction, and making sure everything is as perfectly right as possible. Dr. Downing is a dentist who takes great pleasure in doing excellent work for each one of his patients. You will not be disappointed with him, his facility, nor his staff. Go and have an excellent experience with Dr. Downing in White Knoll.

I have been a patient of Dr. Downing for many years and highly recommend him to anyone considering professional dental care. He takes great care in discussing patient needs and options for patient care. When I enter his office, I know that I can trust the quality of his knowledge in the dental field. I also want to state that he has a highly qualified staff. They always add to a positive experience during appointments, both at the Alpine Road location and at their new office at White Knoll.

Upon completing an oral exam, I was told I had 8 cavities all the while Dr. Downing is naming off prices of different procedures. I decided that couldn't be right so I got a second opinion and I have no cavities at all. Not only was I scared to death to see another dentist ever, but I was also in the chair for a total of three hours listening to him tell me how great he was. I would not recommend him to anyone.
