My experience with Dr. E. Was by far the worst experience. First and foremost the fit of the crown was disappointing. It felt uncomfortable and did not properly align with my bite, causing discomfort while eating and speaking, along with severe TMJ. I expressed my concerns to the dentist, but their dismissive attitude and lack of effort to address the issues only added to my frustration. It left me self-conscious and embarrassed to smile. The overall quality of the crown was unacceptable. It failed to fulfill its basic functional purpose of restoring my tooth's integrity and providing a comfortable bite. I expected better craftsmanship and professionalism from a dental practice that claims to offer quality care. To make matters worse, when I attempted to seek a refund and records. I was advised I needed to sign a form, stating I wouldn’t sue. I was in such agony, and needed to have the tooth removed immediately, I did so. I would caution others to seek alternative options for their dental needs.

Dr Eckstein and staff were efficient, polite, professional and well trained. He did a beautiful job repairing my bridge and fitting me in to his tight schedule.
