Dr. Paul Matrullo, DDS

Stay away! Went in for 1 cavity feeling left with two fillings. Never was told I was getting two fillings until checkout. I then had to return the following week because I had a such a bad toothache from the filling he did. When I went back they removed the filling and replaced it with the silver filling, I told them I didn’t want that filling because i was concerned about the mercury in it and he shrugged off my concern and used it anyway. When I check my mouth the silver filling was on a different tooth then the one he filled the prior week. I now have 2 additional fillings that I didn’t even need. I had to make an appt elsewhere to remove the silver filling as im now on 2 weeks with a headache because of the poor work. I never had a lasting headache after any dental work. And he will numb you without warning and you’ll be numb for 8 hours later. Horrible person and practice! Stay away stay away stay away!

Had an appointment at 9:30am. I arrived at 9:25am and checked in with receptionist. I gave my name and appointment time and she took my temperature and said “we will be with you shortly”. Understanding that offices are short staffed and everything is slower than usual, I did not find it unusual that it was taking longer than usual. At 10:20, after patient after patient walked in, got served, and left, I finally asked what was going on. The woman looked at me and said,”well, your appointment was at 9:30”. I fold her I was sitting here, right in front of you for over an hour. Not one person apologized. Receptionist said they could take me at 11, but by this point I couldn’t stay one more second. Poorly run establishment, not a patient centered dentistry. Bottom line: spend more money and get sub par treatment.

I do not like him. I will not go back.

this dentist office has many unprofessional extremely rude people and I also have a failed crown that I'm trying to get fixed by the man who put it in, which is Doctor Paul Matrullo Sr. I personally would not recommend this dentist office for many reasons. They treat blacks alot different then they treat whites based on my observation, typical New England behavior by privileged white folks.

He is miserable to his assistant which makes it very uncomfortable and everything is about money and how much big work he can do. I went to another dentist and he didn’t say I needed any crowns. Dr. Matrullo said I needed at least 4 more (I already did 2). The new dentist immediately looked at my teeth and told me he can make them look much better. One appointment and less than $100 later, my front teeth look amazing! I couldn’t believe my eyes. He fixed all of the messy work Dr. Matrullo did. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Always explains what work needs to be done, but doesn't push if you have reservations or lack of money to do repair.

One of the worst dentisti i've ever been to some how he over looked my gum disease I'm sure he knew about many times i've told him I had problems with my teeth that they were all hurting and I didn't know why he ignored my complaints and refuse to do anymore work on my mouth because my insurance ran out this was his response to me when I told him I had more dental problems that needed prompt attention because of his failure to help me it cost me 4,000 to fix my teeth don't go to this dentist
