Hard for a patient to evaluate the technical aspects of a root canal, but when I saw the xray of the one Dr. Nguyen performed next to one performed by another dentist, even my untrained eye could see a difference. My tooth was a complex job, but he had the advanced diagnostic instrumentation available to find that calcified canal. He is great with the needle, so scaredy-cats like myself have nothing to fear. Heidi, the office manager, did a great job navigating my insurance.
