Dr. Paul Rossetti, DDS

Paul Rossetti DDS was very condescending and spoke down to my husband and myself. When I tried to explain that I had just been in the hospital for an infection that was caused by a root canal one of his colleagues had performed, and needed sensitivity to the extreme pain I was experiencing, he was dismissive. He said he needed to “educate” my husband and I talking down to us as if we were his students. He was very defensive and dismissive when I brought up pain. He started with some injections in the jaw which are always painful. But then he said my jaw should be numb now and I should not even feel the next injection. He was extremely forceful with that last injection. My whole body trembled and I screamed in pain. He then looked me in the eyes as I was crying and said: “you can’t scream. I have other patients” He then threatened to not perform the procedure unless I could “behave”.
