Dr. Paul Siegel Jr, DDS

Shame on you, Dr. Siegel! You need to realize that not all patients are the same and that you need to be able to meet the needs of all of your patients with care, compassion, patience and with professional bedside manners! He does not have any of that at all! He is impatient, demeaning, rude, mean, and was not willing to work with me and or possibly any patient for that matter who may give him a bit of a challenge when it comes to conducting x-rays to do his job. He is terrible as a professional endodontist and I will never go back to get any work done by him ever again. I will definitely never, ever, ever recommend anyone seeing Dr. Paul Siegel, especially if you are not the cookie cutter client or patient and or if you may encounter any issues, problems or challenges when it comes to getting x-rays done while undergoing a root canal procedure!

I have severe anxiety with dentists and needed a root canal. Dr. Siegel took the time to explain each step of the procedure, took x-rays to show me what he was doing and the final result. I felt no pain throughout the procedure. This is the best care I’ve received in over 10 years. Highly recommend.

I can not say enough good things about this office. I was scheduled today for an apicoectomy with Dr. Claire, she had something come up and was unable to do it. Dr. Paul Siegel was kind enough to help me today (thank you). He had a wonderful bedside manner, skillful and asked me many times how I was doing. He and his staff worked together like a well oiled machine. I felt zero pain through my procedure. If you are looking for a endodontist this is your place! (The receptionist are top notch as well. They really do their best for you.)

The office was extremely accommodating and patiently waited on me to be ready as well as testing to make sure I was fully numb before starting any drilling. They were patient with me and knew I was nervous but in so much pain that I did not want to wait any longer for a fix. My dentist was worried about an extraction and I wanted to save the tooth if at all possible and they assured me that it was great and they are able to save the tooth. I'm not in no pain and feeling great and they helped to assure me that I was going to be okay and they would stop at any time I wanted them to.

Visiting his office today was certainly a learning experience for me. Being a naive 83 year old man, I believed that doctors cared about their patients. I learned from him that some limit this care to how much money the patient is willing or able to pay. I learned that he even charges for the correction of an error he made on a previous visit. One word describes Dr. Siegel--GREEDY.

It was the worst dental experience I have ever had and I am over 50. He was not only abusive to me but he was abusive to his staff in front of me. He drilled on me immediately after giving me shots of the numbing medication which had not taken effect. It was horrifying the drilling pain was so bad and he threatened send me home 'as is' if I didn't stop complaining. There is seriously something wrong here... This was not just someone having a bad day.
