I went in for only a hygienist cleaning. I said I only wanted a cleaning and no dentist exam. I only received a hygienist cleaning and no dentist touched me. And yet the office lied to the insurance company and billed an exam anyway which I now need to fight to be removed so I don't lose this benefit for the next 6 months with time I don't have which is why I only went in for the cleaning to begin with. Such nerve. I guess they count on people not being literate enough to read insurance stmts

So many positive things to say. Dr. Pearl is quick and agile with the needle and with her dentistry in general - least painful anesthetic injections I've ever had! Also, very personable, (her and all her staff). I have seen her and her staff at least half-a dozen times now and I've only had to wait once.

I found Dr. Sussman to be an extremely honest individual. I went to other dentists with my problem, and was told it would require a great deal of work with a high cost. Dr. Sussman was able to do the job for much less, and I am extremely pleased. She will never try to take advantage of a patient. The office is also very experienced in dealing with children who are afraid of the dentist. Highly recommend.
