Dr. Mungia is GREAT!! ITS HIS OFFICE MANAGER!!Officer manager mari or Mary or Maria which ever her personalities it she was pretending to be. For an officer manager she has NO COMPASSION for the patients I was telling one of her personalities that my tooth was hurting and I was in dire pain and her response was that I had a loud voice and she hung up on me.I called back and she made up a false allegation to cover up her mistake and said I used vulger language,good thing they record our conversation. When I told her I was going to request our conversation she hung up on me again. This time she was being very rude and disrespectful for being an office manager she is very unprofessional and seems very uneducated for this position,makes our town look bad. Again no compassion for her patients I'm still with my tooth ache and I adore Dr. Munguia he is such a sweet heart I cannot believe he would hire someone with that level of unprofessionalism in that office.

VERY patient and thoughtful regarding the procedure. The work I had done by Dr. Mungia felt painless. He did a very good job.
