Dr. Peter Duca, DMD

I had to change my dentist because of my dental insurance. There weren’t many dentists that accepted my insurance in New Jersey. I made an appointment with Doctor Peter Duca. I was surprised that I was able to get an appointment for the next day. I had a root canal done by Mikko Dental. I had no pain during or after the root canal with Mikko. I went to get a crown for that tooth. Doctor Duca told me that I had an abscess on a tooth that had a nice, shiny crown. He told me I needed a root canal, but I didn’t need Novocain; he said it would be quick. He drilled through my nice, shiny crown, and I started hyperventilating. Instead of checking my heart rate, Dr. Duca left the room. He completed the canal after causing my blood pressure to rise above 190, which is ironic since my blood pressure is always low. Best Dentist in South Jersey. Every time I have been there, I always leave with successful results. Definitely knows what he is doing, and his staff is always friendly and experienced. A must go to dentist!

Dr Duca is a very courteous and compassionate dentist. COVID-19 a priority, his concern for his patients is foremost and cost was fair for someone who was on medicare - no insurance. Highly recommended.

Had a dental emergency. Dr Duca was prepared when I got there. Gave me the time to figure out the problem and then solved it.

For a procedure I dread, both dentist and assistant were sensitive and explained what they were doing. Great dentist and excellent work! Everyone was friendly and efficient and they have state of the art office equipment.

Dr. Duca is a great dentist. My work has always been painless, and very well done. His root canals are quick, and he's crowns are quality. He's also good at bonding and making your teeth look perfect. There is also never a wait. They usually seat you right away.

I did not get the usual run around like other Dentists. Dr. Duca took care of my needs right away. No running back and forth multiple visits. Dr Duca was straightforward from the beginning. Staff followed up to see how I was doing the following day.

Been going to Dr. Duca for several years ans couldn't be more satisfied. Dr. Duca and his staff are professional and proficient in rendering services and keeping to my schedule. I would highly recommend this office.

First experience was great but after having continuance pain from the dental work & numerous calls to his office to just be told wash my mouth out with salt water. Then demanding an appt. which was told a piece of food was stuck in my crown, which I now know was not. As this pain continued for weeks & then the crown bops off while I am dental flossing on 12/23 @ 8:00pm, which I called the office & the emergency number & not hearing from his office, until I CALLED them on Mon. I switched!

Terrible dentist. Avoid at all cost!!!!
